Our Committees
Join a committee and shape the future of ESN Bulgaria. Each team offers a unique path to develop your skills, contribute to the network, and grow alongside passionate volunteers from across the country.
Education & Youth Community
The Education & Youth Community works on the general strategy of ESN Bulgaria and builds a national educational strategy for the network. Members prepare toolkits for the network and develop official positions on key topics in close cooperation with the board.
Community members also work across the fields of advocacy, communication with institutions, and project management.
Network Care Team
Volunteers in the Network Care Team discover and develop strategic and HR management skills, learn how to facilitate trainings, and contribute to the overall development of ESN Bulgaria members. The team also ensures ESNers know how to use their strengths inside and outside of ESN.
Working alongside the Vice President, the team creates tools that advance the network — and members gain new skills and competencies while doing so.
Focus on expanding and strengthening the ESN Bulgaria network across universities.
Design and deliver training programmes that build member skills and competencies.
CR8
The CR8 Team takes care of ESN Bulgaria's visual identity, public relations, marketing strategies, and creativity. It gives volunteers the opportunity to spread their creativity and produce visual materials, articles, and social media campaigns.
