BEST 2009 and BEST 2010

BEST stands for Bulgarian Educational Summer Training.

BEST 2009 and BEST 2010 (a.k.a.  BEST 1 and BEST 2) were the first two summer school and trainings organized in ESN and in Bulgaria!

BEST 1 happened for 50 participants from more than 20 countries for 6 days in Sofia – august 2009.

BEST 2 gathered 35 participants from 15 countries in Blagoevgrad for 7 days at the middle of August 2010. 

The overall idea was to enlarge the awareness among members of ESN of the importance and role the organization plays in society and the potential it has in addressing topics such as intercultural dialogue and social inclusion.

BEST 2 focused on introduction to the main features of project management and gaining experience in setting up main program elements especially in the terms of the YiA program  and the non-formal education.
